Looks deceive; COVID decor is still up, lol. This place is made for take out and a night at home stuffing your face. The food is fabulous and cheap. Taking the duck fat and bones home to make broth and gravy.

I really wanted to like this I tried for years only cause of how close this place is … she was snappy on the phone very rude because I had some questions & about what I can do with certain combos. Whatever moving on I got the magnolia beef combo … was expecting it to be fried like not like their beef & broccoli texture but nope it was slimy & felt like it was undercooked but moving on their pork fried rice wasn’t good at all. Truly it was hard , not tender no hard & it had like a grainy texture & taste to it. Their eggrolls was fine however it was undercooked whatever, the dumplings were actually good , their vegetables in the magnolia beef was actually really soft & yummy. Usually it’s hard when I get the chicken & broccoli & there general tso chicken. However this magnolia beef was gross. There’s other things that happened that is irrelevant bc I’m only writing / typing this review solely on the pictures that I have here & tbh just go somewheres else fr. There’s better around & who’s nicer than this place. Empire !! Much better.

Where do I start.. the “bubble” square tea was watered down strawberry milk with weird jellies in it, the shrimp toast was over cooked and small bite sized. Not your normal portions, the honey chicken was red!! I never had honey chicken in red sauce. Ever!! Even the Mongolian beef was bad.. and last but not least my damn egg roll was overcooked and stale at the same time…ohhh and don’t let me forget the TEA!! It was caramel colored sugar water. I literally had to add iced tea mix to make a decent tea!! $75 down the damn drain.. trying to have a special dinner (don’t do this often) and we are so disappointed!! ☹️

The food was sooo good !! Definitely my new favorite place to get chinese food. The shrimp toast came with a sauce ( never had that before ) and it went perfectly with it. All the food tasted fresh and had a depth i don't usually find in Chinese take out. Highly recommend.. I chose them only because they had shrimp toast , which most in the area don't have and I was so surprised by the food. The chicken and broccoli was very good as ..
